1. Raw material: Brass: Alloy C37700/CuZn39Pb2, Copper: Alloy C12200/Cu-DHP.The material is passed strict quality inspection and physical & chemical testing.

2. The joint between brass body and copper tube is brazed under vacuum protection automatically with good surface and performance.

4. The surface is free of oxide, dirt and oil, which has nice appearance and good performance for brazing.

4. The part is passed airproof test at or over 3MPa, and free of leak for 3 minutes. We could also take leak test by helium, and leak rate is less than 0.1 ounce per year (below 1.8x10-5ATM CC/SEC).
